By acceding to this Agreement and leaving your details on the Siteе sex-positions.online/en-GB, (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), by filling in the online application fields of the User:
- confirms that all the details he has provided belong to him personally,
- confirms and acknowledges that it has carefully read the Agreement and the terms of processing of its personal data indicated in the fields of the online application, the text of the agreement and the terms of processing of personal data are clear to it;
- The Client consents to the processing of the personal data provided as part of the information by the Site for the purposes of this Agreement between the Client and the Site and its subsequent performance;
- agrees to the terms of processing personal data without reservations or limitations.
The user gives his or her consent to the processing of his or her personal data, namely to the performance of the actions stipulated in point 3. 3 ч. Article 3, Part 1 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, and confirms that by giving such consent he acts freely, willingly and in his own interest. User’s consent to processing of personal data is specific, informed and voluntary. This User’s consent is deemed to be executed in simple written form, for the processing of the following personal data: surname, first name, patronymic; year of birth; place of residence (city, region); telephone numbers; e-mail addresses (E-mail).
User, provides sex-positions.online/en-GB the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage for the statutory retention period, but not less than three years, from the date the User ceases to use the services; clarification (update, change); use; destruction; depersonalisation; transfer at the request of the court, including to third parties, in compliance with measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access.
The above consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and can be revoked by you by submitting an application to the website administration, specifying the data defined in Article 14 of the Personal Data Law. 14 of the Personal Data Act. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data may be effected by the user by sending a corresponding order in simple written form to the e-mail address indicated on the website sex-positions.online/en-GB.
The Site is not responsible for any third party’s use (whether lawful or unlawful) of the Information posted by the User on the Site, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out in any way possible. The Site has the right to modify this Agreement. The date of the last update shall be specified when amending the current version of the Agreement. The new version of the Agreement comes into force at the moment of its posting unless otherwise stipulated in the new version of the Agreement. This Agreement and the relations between the User and the Site, arising in connection with the application of the Agreement shall be governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
